Four hours for leaders who have to decide and prioritise. We go from what an agent is, to where in your business it can take over work, what it costs, and how you measure it. You leave with a ranked list — and at least one automation built on your own processes.
02 · Teams and staff
AI-Employee Workshop
Four hours of hands-on work for the team. We build automations on your actual tasks — not generic ChatGPT tricks from 2023. Every participant goes home with at least one automation running in their own work.
The guarantee is the same in both rooms: every participant goes home with at least one working automation, built on your own tasks. Not slides, not a certificate — something that runs on Monday morning.

What people usually ask.
Is this just ChatGPT tips?
No. The tips era is over. We build actual automations on your own tasks — an agent that does the work, not a prompt you have to remember to use. Every participant goes home with at least one that runs.
What do we need to prepare?
Bring a couple of recurring tasks you would like to get rid of, and a laptop per participant. We handle the rest. If you have not found the tasks yourself, we do it together in the first 20 minutes.
Can you run it on-site or online?
Both. We run on-site in Denmark or online, in Danish or English. The format is the same: four hours, fixed price, at least one working automation per participant.
What if we have nothing obvious to automate?
We find it during the workshop. We have not yet stood in a room without at least one good candidate. If it did happen, the guarantee still holds and you only pay for the time it took to establish it.
What is the difference between the two workshops?
AI-Management is for leadership: decisions, prioritisation and ROI, max 8 participants, DKK 10,000. AI-Employee is hands-on for the team building on its own tasks, max 12 participants, DKK 15,000. Many start with leadership and send the team afterwards.
