Services / 01 — Agentic systems & AI operations
Agents that run the work — and keep running after launch.
Multi-agent pipelines, autonomous monitoring and reporting agents, AI-operated knowledge bases and headless back-office. We build them, prove they work, and let them keep running. Our own business already runs on them.
Working systems, not a report in a drawer.
01
Multi-agent pipelines
Orchestrated pipelines where 20–45 AI workers run in parallel behind one gate. Raw data in, verified deliverables out, every step logged and reversible.
02
Autonomous monitoring and reporting agents
Cron agents that check their own health and send you the proof: SEO monitoring, backups with restore-checks, morning briefs. In our own setup they run 8/8 healthy.
03
AI-operated knowledge bases
An agent-maintained knowledge base that keeps itself current: 441 notes auto-committed every 5 minutes. The wiki layer runs 185 pages with 0 lint findings — no manual cleanup.
04
Headless back-office
Invoices, email triage and ops briefs run by machine with no manual handling: invoices ×8, email drafts ×4, email triage ×3 and ops briefs ×4 in the last audit period.
Everything ships documented, tested and reversible. If you want to run it yourselves afterwards, we train your people; if you would rather not, a retainer keeps the agents running and reporting.

Audit → Build → Operate. A fixed frame the whole way.
01 · Audit — fixed price · 1–2 weeks
Agentic Readiness Audit
We map your processes, identify the three highest-ROI agent deployments and deliver a pilot spec — plus a demo agent running on your own data.
If the audit does not find savings above DKK 100,000/year, you do not pay.
DKK 25,000 ≈ €3,350
02 · Build — fixed scope · 2–8 weeks
Build sprint
We build in small, reversible steps behind gates. 20–45 parallel AI workers per build, independent QA before go-live, rollback plan included in the deliverable.
No big-bang projects, no burned bridges.
from DKK 60,000 ≈ €8,050
03 · Operate — monthly · ongoing
Autonomous operations
The agents keep running after go-live: monitoring, reports and re-scoring, plus monthly proof of what ran. A daily and a weekly SEO agent have run independently for a Copenhagen coaching practice —read the case.
Fixed monthly price by scope. No open-ended hourly billing.

Is this you? Be honest.
This fits you if
- + You have recurring, rule-bound work: invoices, reports, monitoring, data flows.
- + You bought AI tools no one uses and want something in production instead.
- + Operations need to run without the founder keeping a hand on the wheel.
- + You want to verify the result afterwards, not just sense it.
It does not fit yet if
- − You are looking for a single website chatbot and nothing more.
- − There is no process to automate yet — then start with a workshop.
- − You want AI on the business card but nothing measured.
Fair objections.
What is the difference between an agent and a plain script?
A script runs one fixed task and stops. An agent takes a goal, picks tools, handles errors, reports its own result and can monitor its own health. We build agents behind the same gates and tests as any other software, so they are as predictable as a script — just broader in what they can do.
Do the agents run on our data, and where does it live?
The agents work on your data under a data-processing agreement, and we agree on hosting and access before touching anything. In the audit you already get a demo agent running on a scoped slice of your own data, so you can watch it work before you decide.
What happens if an agent makes a mistake?
Every change is built to be reversible, and every step has to pass a QA gate before it can move on. Critical actions require a human in the loop. If something goes wrong we roll back — rollback is a deliverable on par with the code, not a contingency we invent afterwards.
Can you take over a solution another agency built?
Yes. We always start with an audit, so we know what is actually running before we change the first line. Anything we take over gets baseline measurements and a rollback plan first.
What does it cost to keep the agents running afterwards?
A retainer is a fixed monthly price scoped to the work, not open-ended hourly billing. In return you get monthly proof: what the agents did, what ran, and what needs attention. Our own cron agents run 8/8 healthy and confirm it themselves.
Should your operations run themselves?
20 minutes on your processes. You leave the walkthrough with at least three concrete agent candidates — even if we do not work together afterwards.
