Work / Case study

Lighthouse SEO 100/100. And an agent that keeps going.

A Copenhagen coaching practice had a WordPress site that looked after itself — and was slipping in search because of it. We built a static site and set agents to keep working its SEO, daily and weekly, after we'd left.

A Copenhagen coaching practice had what most small businesses have: a WordPress site that was set up once and then left to run on its own. It worked, in the loose sense — slow, plugin-heavy, and sitting on a hosting bill nobody was really watching. But the site itself wasn't the real problem. The silence afterwards was.

That's the pattern with most SMB sites. The agency builds it, invoices, and moves on. The owner is a coach, not a marketing lead, with neither the time nor the appetite to track how the site is doing in search. Six months later the rankings have drifted and no one has noticed. So the brief had two halves: build a site that's fast and easy to maintain, and leave something behind that keeps tending it.

WordPress went, replaced by a hand-built static site. The 26 existing URLs were migrated one-to-one, so every page kept its address — no redirects, no lost SEO history. Every image was converted to WebP, and the whole site came in around 1.4 MB. It's hosted on Cloudflare Pages with a serverless contact form: no server to patch, no plugins to keep current.

What makes this one different runs after go-live. Two cron agents look after the site without being asked — one daily, one weekly. They monitor 7 query clusters covering the practice's core services in Copenhagen, check rankings by proxy measurement, and log what moves. When the agents found gaps in the content, they produced 7 ready-to-publish landing pages: finished drafts, ready to go live, not a list of things someone ought to write about.

Built once, measured every day since.
