Terms of business

The scope of any engagement is set out in the written offer or order confirmation we send. That document defines the deliverable. If there is ever doubt about what was agreed, the written version governs — not things said in passing along the way.

• Fixed-price entry products (audits and workshops) are invoiced at order. Payment terms are net 8 days.
• Build sprints are scoped per offer, and typically 50% is invoiced at the start and the rest on delivery, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Late payment may incur interest and reminder fees under Danish law.

Moving a workshop is free if you let us know at least 5 business days before the agreed date. Cancelling or rescheduling later than that may be invoiced as reserved time, because it can no longer be used for anything else.

Once a deliverable is paid for, you own the work we created specifically for your engagement. Zentropix retains the rights to the generic methods, tooling, and reusable components we bring into the work or develop for use across clients. Your data stays yours — we use it only to do the work.

Confidentiality runs both ways. We treat your information and anything we learn about your business as confidential, and we expect the same about ours. How we handle personal data is described in ourprivacy policy.

Our liability for an engagement is capped at the fee you have paid for the deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operations, loss of profit, and loss of data. This limitation does not apply where Danish law does not permit it.

Agreements with Zentropix AI ApS are governed by Danish law. If a disagreement cannot be settled amicably, the venue is Copenhagen. If you have questions about these terms, you're welcome toget in touch.
