Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Zentropix AI ApS processes, why we do it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and specific, because there isn't much to track: we mostly only collect what you write to us.

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

When you write to us through the contact form, we record what you fill in, plus a couple of technical details whose only job is to keep the form from being abused:

  • name — so we know who we're replying to
  • email — so we can reply
  • company — optional
  • message — whatever you want to tell us
  • language + source page — Danish/English, and which page you wrote from
  • hash(ip) + user agent — a salted hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent, used only for spam and rate-limiting

We do not store your raw IP address — only the salted hash, which cannot be read back into an address. The submission itself is stored in a hosted database (Supabase) with access restricted to Zentropix. At the same time, the system sends us a notification containing your message so we can reply quickly.

Legal basis: the processing rests on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business).

Retention: we delete your enquiry no later than 12 months after the conversation ends — unless a client relationship follows, in which case the details become part of the ongoing agreement and bookkeeping and are kept as accounting law requires.

If you email or call us directly, the same principles apply: we use your details to reply and keep them no longer than needed.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the pages and what works. It is privacy-first, cookieless analytics: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personal profiles. That is also why the site has no cookie banner — there are no cookies to consent to.

To be completely clear about what we do not do:

  • No marketing cookies.
  • No tracking pixels.
  • We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Contact-form data is stored with Supabase. Both act as data processors that handle information on our behalf under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the data we process about you.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of your data.
  • Restriction of the processing.
  • Objection to the processing.
  • Portability — receiving your data in a common format.

Email kontakt@zentropix.ai and we'll respond as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) atdatatilsynet.dk.

If our processing changes, we update this policy. The current version always lives here with the date at the top. You can read our terms of business here, and you're welcome toget in touch if anything is unclear.
