Do we have to switch ESP or SMS platform?
No. Scoring and segments are wired into what you already use — Klaviyo, your ESP or your SMS platform. We build on top of your stack, not beside it.
What if our data is messy?
That is normal, and it is the starting point, not a blocker. In our own marketing group we unified 2,490,766 users and 13,377,929 events from 877 raw files across 8+ platforms into one pipeline and corrected ~1.7% revenue inflation from 826k duplicate events. We have seen messy before.
How do you know the scoring works?
A/B with holdback. We always measure against a held-back control group so the effect can be proven, not just felt. The sending platform behind it runs 405 automated tests green.
Do the segments stay up to date?
Yes — that is the whole point of an operations retainer. Agents re-score and update the segments on an ongoing basis, and the dashboard shows the per-segment truth, so you can see what is happening without asking for a report.
